About me · Health psychologist in Madrid
Hi, I’m Arancha
María Aránzazu Yusti Atienza · Health Psychologist · Reg. no. M-15548
Why psychology
My path into psychology did not begin easily: my father was diagnosed with major depression, and his suffering stayed with our whole family for many years. It forced us to adapt again and again to very difficult situations, and made me feel the need to find meaning in his suffering and in my own. That is where my drive to find solutions was born.
I began my studies with real passion. They gave me the knowledge to follow my vocation, and also showed me how many resources people have to feel better and live happier, fuller, more balanced lives.
In my sessions I bring together tools from different disciplines to offer a space rich in experience and learning, supporting a greater sense of wellbeing and quality of life.
